Ingredients (9 servings)

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, chocolate and cocoa. Mix well to have a chocolate sauce. Leave aside to cool. |
In large bowl beat, with mixer, the sugar with the eggs until you have a thick, pale mixture.
Add the chocolate mixture and mix well. Pour hot water. Mix.
Add the sifted flour with baking powder alternately with milk. Finally add the vinegar. |
Pour the beaten mixture into square oven pan of dimensions 22×22cm (8.7×8.7 in) or round Ø22cm (Ø8.7in), buttered and floured, if it is not silicone.
Bake in preheated oven at 175°C (347°F, Gas 3.9) for ~40'-45'. |

In a small saucepan, melt the sugar, without stirring, until candy and keep warm / liquid. |
Chocolate Sauce
In a small saucepan and over low heat, melt the chocolate with the butter and milk. Make a homogeneous chocolate sauce, quite fluid, and keep warm.
Once removed from the oven the base/ cake, pour in the hot sweetened milk and set aside to absorb. |
In large bowl, beat the crème fraîche with the icing sugar and vanilla to stiff whipped cream.
Chop snickers with a knife into small pieces. |
AssemblyOn the base/ cake put chocolate balls.
Combine and stir the chopped snickers with whipped cream and… |
…place it tablespoon by tablespoon onto the cake in a thick layer to cover the entire surface of the base of the cake. |
On top sprinkle the grated nuts. |
Then add the melted chocolate, making parallel lines. |
And the melted candy crosswise with the melted chocolate, and… ready!
Refrigerate to mix flavors. |
The base/ cake of the torte we can prepare the day before. Do not forget to fill it with hot milk as it is warm.
