Ingredients (~1.2 liters -2 Pt, 8.6 floz- lemonade )

Wash and cut the two ends of the lemons. As they are, without peeling them, cut them in four at the cutting surface. Remove the central fiber and seeds. Cut each quarter into small pieces. |
Put all the pieces together with the powdered sugar and half water in a blender. |
Mash the well. *The photography is about halfway through the pulping procedure. |
Pass the mixture of a fine sieve and with a spoon press to drain well. If you want you can keep the rest of draining in the fridge (for a few days), to use them in cakes etc. |
Add the remaining water and mix. You keep the lemonade in the refrigerator until consumed. You serve with slices of lemon or lime and ice cubes. |
This lemonade is fresh, without boiling, the duration is limited and must be consumed in 2-3 days.
