Ingredients for hamburgers (4 servings)

Start with soaking the bread. If it is whole grain, even better. Remove the crust and soak in fresh water. Drain well. Dissolve the baking powder in the milk. Mix all ingredients together, knead and shape oblong patties, or in any shape we prefer. If you are making preparation for the next day, all the better. There will time for the flavors to mix together. |
For the pan
Clean and wash vegetables. Cut them in medium pieces and place them in the baking pan. |
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the spices. |
We do not put water. Cover with foil and bake for one hour at 180°C (356°F, Gas 4.2). |
In an hour remove the pan from the oven, put the burgers on top of half cooked vegetables and return them to the oven for another 30'-45' or until done. You need to turn the burgers once, on the other side. |
