Instructions
Cover with a second baking sheet and two kitchen towels. Place the pan in the oven by adjusting the temperature to 50°C/ 122°F and allow to rise for 2 hours.When the loaves are well risen, remove the covers, increase the temperature to 180°C/ 356°F, and bake for ½ hour.
To make sure that they are ready, knock on them to hear a "hollow" sound from inside.
