Light, fresh, delicious dessert of yoghurt, pleasant to consume, especially after a heavy meal when we prefer a light and refreshing dessert.
Of course, it can be enjoyed, just as well, any other time we choose. It is light and becomes lighter if you use low-fat yoghurt.

Ingredients (6 servings)

Drain the fruit from the syrup. The syrup should fill a glass about 250-300 ml/ 8-10 fl oz. Boil the water in a saucepan. Once boiled pour into a bowl and in that dissolve the jelly powder. Stir well to dissolve. Add, stirring the syrup from the can. |
In a large bowl, beat the sour cream with powdered sugar. |
Add the yoghurt… |
…and beat a little more to smooth the mixture. |
To this mix, add the dissolved jelly with the syrup. |
Beat again with the mixer. |
Cut the peaches into small pieces and add them to the mix with a spoon. The mixture is watery. It will thicken when refrigerated. We can leave aside 2-3 peach halves for the final decoration. |
Divide the mixture into bowls, or glasses, or put it in a large glass serving bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours, minimum.
The quantity is 6 glasses of 300 ml/ 10 fl oz. |
Enjoy!
