Combine any fruit you like, whatever fruit you have the refrigerator. Simple, easy and delicious.
A practical and easy way to consume the fruits, that accumulate in our fridge!
Ingredients (4 servings)
|
In a bowl add the cheese and mash slightly with a fork to make it like puree.
No need for a mixer, some stirring is enough. |
Wash, clean and dry the fruits with paper towels. Cut the fruits into bite size pieces. Put in bowl with the cheese. |
Mix well and add the muesli (and sugar if you want). |
Pour the mixture of cheese and fruit in a bowl, cover with clear wrap and place in the refrigerator for two hours at least. |
When it cools enough, invert on a platter, and decorate with strawberries (or any other fruit we like) to have a nice effect. |
Use a bowl of a size that fits the quantity you wish to make.
