Ingredients (4 servings)

Cut 4 very thin bread slices, remove the crust and cut at the diameter of the ramekins. |
Place each slice on the ramekin and press the slice using a small glass to fit well to the base. |
Wrap bacon around like a thin wavy ribbon. |
Grate the cheese on the coarse grater and put it on the bread slice. Put a fresh egg over the cheese and sprinkle with paprika. |
Put the 4 ramekin on the bottom rack of oven at 180°C/ 350°F/ 4 Gas Mark for 10′. |
