Ingredients (8 pieces)

Finely chop the onion. Pour the oil into the pan to burn and add the onion. Sauté until transparent and become transparent. |
Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Wash, strain and add to frying pan with the onions. Let them sauté for a while. Peel and chop the mushrooms into slices. Put them over the broccoli. |
Cook the mixture enough, stirring regularly, until it absorbs the water. When ready, remove from heat and let cool. |
In the meantime prepare the custard. In a medium bowl, break the eggs and sprinkle the spices over them. Paprika, pepper, salt and turmeric. Stir gently. |
Grate the cheese with a coarse grater. Add to the egg mixture. Add the fresh cream. Stir to mix. |
Open the tart sheet and place in the tart pan. Pour the frying pan mixture into the tart pan. |
With a fork, spread the filling well. |
On top, add the cream mixture that we have prepared. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/ 350°F/ 4 Gas Mark for 40′-45′ until the surface of the tart gets golden and the base is baked. If it starts to get color too early, cover it with a greaseproof paper. |
