With a rolling pin lightly roll the puff pastry. Use the back of a spoon to spread the ketchup over half of the sheet. Place one slice of ham on the sheet, add the mozzarella and sprinkle with oregano. |

…and on the cheese, add the second slice of ham. This way the cheese is between two slices of ham. |
Turn the other half of the sheet and cover the filling. With a fork, press around the calzone to close. |
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/ 350°F/ Gas 4 for 20 minutes or until cooked and golden the surface of the calzone. |
