It is not complicated, as you will see.
You can make with your hands the famous Italian chocolates, in the famous blue box featuring a couple in love kissing, for sweet gift for an anniversary or Valentine's Day on February 14.
Ingredients (35-40 pieces)

We separate and keep aside 35-40 whole and large hazelnuts. Sieve the cocoa and grate the remaining hazelnuts for 5" in the food processor until they are grated but not to a powder. |
In medium bowl add the praline, hazelnuts, grated hazelnuts and sifted cocoa. Stir well for 2'-3'. There will be a very tight mixture. |
Take a little spoon mixture and mold small, round balls. Place a whole hazelnut on top, from those you have kept aside, pushing slightly. |
Place the chocolates on a nonstick paper on a flat surface. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours. |
Melt, carefully, the chocolate in the microwave oven or in a bain marie. Place each ball on a fork and immerse it in the melted chocolate or pour over it the melted chocolate, using a small spoon. |
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
You can wrap them in tinfoil, write in red a few short phrases of love, one on each tag and affix to the tinfoil. Fill a beautiful, blue box and… our chocolate kisses are ready!
