In the meantime, the steaks are ready. Put them on a dish. Leave them aside, draped to keep them warm. |
![]() pour the wine in the frying pan, in which you prepared the chops. Stir and let it boil until reduced by half. |
![]() In the frying pan, add the mixture with the sour cream, salt, pepper and paprika.Stir. Allow to boil for 5 minutes and add the mushrooms. |
![]() Let it boil for another 5'-7' until the mushrooms are cooked and the sauce begins to thicken. Finally, add the chops into the sauce, turning them from both sides. |
