Ingredients (~12 cupcakes)
150g/ 5.3 oz self raising flour
2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
130ml/ 4.4 floz milk, lukewarm
50ml/ 1.7 floz vegetable oil
100g/ 3.5 oz mozzarella, grated
150g/ 5.3 oz ham, cut in small cubes
12 slices of "la Vache qui rit" cheese
In a bowl add the flour sifted with baking powder.
Add the eggs and stir gently with a whisk or a wooden spoon.
Pour the lukewarm milk, stirring to be absorbed by the flour.
And then the vegetable oil little by little.
Finally add the chopped ham and the grated mozzarella.
In small containers put a spoonful of the mixture, a slice of "la Vache qui rit" cheese and on top, another spoonful of the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C/ 360°F/ Gas 4 for ~25'.
