Ingredients (4 servings)

In a large bowl, that will contain the dessert, put 50 ml/ 1.7 floz of cold water. Add the gelatin powder. |
Add 100ml warm water until it covers the gelatin and stir until dissolved. Mix in the powdered sugar, stirring constantly. |
Add the sparkling wine and stir to mix the ingredients. From this mixture will keep aside a glass (250ml/ 8.5 floz). In the bowl add the chopped peaches… |
…that will float. Put the bowl in the refrigerator for 4 hours. |
After 4 hours remove from the refrigerator and add, on top, the fruit mixture, you kept. Put back in the refrigerator for overnight. Serve dipping, for a while, the bowl in hot water and turn it upside down onto the serving plate. |
You can use gelatin powder or gelatin sheets. Use the amount needed for 2 lt/ 4.2 Pt water.
