In a small bowl mix the flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Leave aside for a while. In another large bowl, add the mascarpone, sugar and eggs and beat with a hand mixer to mix and rise. |
Add alternately in small doses flour and yogurt. Stir to incorporate. Beginning with flour and ending with flour… |
In a very small bowl, add the cocoa, espresso, vanilla and 4 tablespoons water. Stir to dissolve and let it wait. Divide the dough into two by putting half a bowl in which to mix the dissolved cocoa mix + espresso. |
Grease an oblong form and invest in two crosswise strips parchment paper, which will protrude a little so we then pull the cake from the mold. Grease the wax paper. Pour in the white form mixture alternately with chocolate. |
Dipping the blade of a knife perpendicular to blend form, do 2-3 spins. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C, in air, for 50'-55 '. Allow to cool on a rack. Pierce the surface of the cake with a skewer stick out, and add the liqueur Kahlúa. |
