Ingredients (4 servings)
Cherry Tomatoes, candied
|
Put the oil in a large nonstick skillet and heat over medium-high temperature. Salt and pepper the fillets on all sides and place in a row in the pan. |
Bake 8 min - 10 min or so on each side, until they have a beautiful ruby color. When ready, remove from the pan and keep warm. In addition, if desired, a few cherry tomatoes lightly cherried, to accompany the chicken. |
In the same pan, add the slices of onions and let them shine slightly. Stir. |
After a while add the soy sauce and the beer. Mix and scratch with a wooden spatula, remnants of fried chicken (deglassing). Allow to boil the ingredients together, to mingle the flavors, and to evaporate the alcohol of the beer. |
Add the honey and mustard. At the end put the steaks back to the pan, barely infused with the sauce and it's aromas. Remove from heat and serve. |
