Ingredients (8 servings)
∼800 gr (1.8 lbs) cauliflower or broccoli
300 gr (10.6 oz) ham
250 gr (8.8 oz) variοus cheeses
3 eggs
200 gr (7.1 oz) sour cream
180 gr (6.3 oz) almond meal
2 tbsp dried coconut
salt & pepper
Boil the cauliflower for 3'-4' just to scald and since it is cooled down split it in small toufts.
Cut the ham into small cubes.
Grate the cheese (gruyere, gouda, cheese, mozzarella) in coarse grater.
Beat the eggs slightly with the wire, add the cream, salt and pepper. Mix.
Begin to add to the mix and the other ingredients, almonds, coconut…

Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (356°F, Gas 4.2), with resistance up and down for ~35'-40' or until cooked and golden.
