Simple tart, made easy, with the main ingredients, the sour cream and marzipan. A thin layer of powdered sugar gives it other than sweet taste, and a decorating idea. Thin, wavy golden brown crust surrounds and holds the delicious filling.

In the mixer bowl, put the sugar, eggs and lemon zest and beat well until it becomes a thick paste. |
Add the sour cream and whisk together vigorously to swell and fluffy ~7'. |
Break with your hands the biscuits into small pieces and add to the mix cream/egg. Mix. |
Finally add the almonds and beat for very little until the incredients incorporated. |
The Crust
Butter the base of a tartiere and lay the sheets one to one buttered and sprinkled with a little sugar and a little cinnamon. |

Put the pan in the oven, in the penultimate rack and bake the tart at 180°C (356°F, Gas 4.2) for 35'-40'. If it picks color quickly, cover with a foil. |
If you like raisins, you can add them, at the end, to the stuffing.
