The Pasta
The Pasta is a staple food for a large part of the population. Despite the simplicity of the ingredients, there is a wide range of varieties available. We find them in a form resembling ribbons or small packets stuffed with all sorts of materials, such as ravioli.
Apart from the shape and ingredients, pasta is also found in a range of colors and flavors. There is green pasta made by adding spinach, orange by adding carrot or red pasta made by mixing dried tomatoes or even black, when we add squid ink.

Ingredients (2 servings)

In salted boiling water add the pasta of your choice and cook al dente. Drain and return them back to the pot where they boiled. Grease with butter and mix well. |
In a deep skillet over medium heat pour the sour cream and the cream Roux to melt. If you do not have cream Roux, dissolve into the cold sour cream a tablespoon cornflour. |
With a fork, crumble the blue cheese and add to the pan. Season with salt and the sauce with freshly ground pepper. Mix. |
Once the contents of the pan begins to boil add the garlic from the press. If the sauce is thick, thin it by adding a little of the water in which boiled pasta. |
Into the pan add the cooked pasta, half parmesan and half the parsley. Mix well to cover the pasta from the sauce. It is ready! |
Serving, sprinkle some chopped parsley and lots of parmesan.
