Ingredients (6 servings)
|
In a small saucepan, add the water and candies and let it melt over low heat. Stir occasionally. |
Wash and peel the apples. Cut them at 4 and remove the seeds. Cut every fourth to 5-6 smaller slices. We collect the pieces in a bowl and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons flour. The rest will use it for coating. |
In a tart pan ~23cm (9.1 in) spread the pastry. Whatever in excess and goes out of the tart cut it with a knife. Inside the tart pan add the floured apple pieces. |
Spread the pieces carefully shaking the tart. Above the apples spread the melted candy… |
…taking care to spread across the entire surface of the apples. |
In the same bowl, we had the apples, add the remaining flour, sugar, butter and spices. Mix. |
Finally add the nuts and mix to incorporate. |
Place the dough in small pieces over the apples. If the mixture is crumby -depends on how much softened was the butter- just sprinkle it around the apples. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (356°F, Gas 4.2) for 40'-45'. |
