Peel, wash and drain well the fish. Finely chop the parsley and the garlic into slices. Salt and pepper the belly of the fish and put in a little parsley, a little garlic and 2 olives. |

With scissors rips the wrapper and put them on the grill for a while, until golden. Away from the grill to avoid burning the paper. Serve with a little lemon and boiled vegetables. |
