Ingredients (2 servings)

Wash, wipe and remove with a peeler, the peel from the sweet potato. |
Remove any black speckle there are. With a sharp knife cut into thick slices and then into sticks. |
Gather them at the center of a baking pan, lined with greaseproof paper. Sprinkle with olive oil and with the spices except the coarse salt that will add after baking. |
Spread the sweet potato sticks cut across the surface of the pan. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (392°F, Gas 5.7) for ~20'. |
Avocado Dip
Cut the avocado in two, remove and mash the flesh into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise, cream cheese, lemon juice, pepper, salt and chopped chilli. Mix. On top sprinkle the zest. |
