Ingredients (3 servings)
12 cherry tomatoes
200 gr (7.1 oz) feta cheese
80 gr (2.8 oz) gruyère cheese
200 gr (7.1 oz) thick sour cream
2 eggs
1 tbsp oregano
freshly ground pepper

…pepper, oregano and ⅔ of gruyere, grated on coarse grater. If the mixture is too thick add a little milk.
With deep spoon hand the mixture into 3 lightly greased individual ramekins or a single ovenproof dish.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in two and, put them on the surface with the cut side up. Sprinkle with remaining cheese, finely grated.
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (356°F, 4.2 Gas) for 20'-25'. The time depends on the size of the pan.
