Ingredients (∼20 sticks)

Roll out puff pastry onto the bench and brush it with a little butter or with a slightly beaten egg white. Sprinkle the entire surface of the sheet with plenty sesame and pass a small rolling pin so that the sesame sinks into the dough. |
Turn it on the other side, brush with butter or egg white and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Scroll by pressing the small rolling pin to sink the poppy seeds in the dough. |
Using a ruler and a wheel cut strips of dough ~1.5 centimeter width of the short side of the sheet of puff pastry. |
Turn each strip 3-4 rides and place in baking pan onto wax paper. |
Bake in preheated oven at 180°C (356°F, Gas:4.2) for 15'-20' to swell and brown the puff pastry. |
