Ingredients (4 servings)
| Wash and dry the fish fillets. Cut into sticks 2.5-3cm (1-1.2in) across. Crumble the bread in a blender and mix with parmesan in a large and shallow dish. In a bowl add the flour, lemon zest and in another, separate, the egg. | Inside the beaten egg, add the spices and salt. Mix well. You have a forceps to help you grab the sticks. |
Take every stick fillet and roll first in flour then dip in the egg mixture. | And immediately after you roll it to get dusted everywhere in mixture of parmesan with bread crumbs. | Spread an aluminum foil in the oven pan and place the sticks in a row. On top sprinkle a bit of extra parmesan. |
Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (392°F, Gas:5.7) for 15'-20' without turning them. Leave them to cool a little before move them. | Sauce Tartar
| Combine all the ingredients of the sauce into a bowl. Cover it and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to combine. Decorated with a twig dill, pink pepper grains and chili peppers pickled jalapenos. |
