Ingredients (6 mini banana breads)

In a bowl pour the milk, add the yogurt and stevia or sugar and mix. |
Add the cereal, stir and leave for a while to soak. |
In another bowl put the bananas and mash them slightly with a fork. |
In the bowl of bananas break the eggs and mix gently to combine the ingredients. |
In the mixture with the bananas add the baking powder, baking soda, milk mixture from the first bowl and cranberries. Mix. |
Continue, adding the flour and mix to incorporate to other ingredients. You will have a viscous mixture. |
Butter and flour a tray for 6 small cakes or a single, large, oblong form. Divide the mixture in 6 trays or single form. |
Bake in preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉, Gas:4.2) for ~50' or until they rise and the mini cakes are baked banana. Remove the pan from the oven, leave it 10 minutes to cool down and then invert the cakes onto a wire base until completely cooled. Optionally sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy. |
Above the mini banana cakes you can add, except powdered sugar, and melted chocolate white and milk, decorated with various fresh fruits, such as strawberries, or preserves.
