Ingredients (4 large glasses)
1 grapefruit, red
2 oranges
2 carrots
2 bananas
2 kiwi
200g (7.1 oz) yoghurt
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp flaxseed, ground
low-fat milk for density
mint for garnish
Clean or peel the fruit. Cut into bite-size and gather together in a bowl.
Put them all together or little by little in the jug of the blender.
Above the fruit add yogurt, linseed and pumpkin seeds. Beat well and adjust the density by adding a little milk.
Serve in large glasses with fresh mint leaves.
