Fluffy juicy burger with homemade recipe, tasty, hearty and very easy to be made with fresh ingredients and a variety of herbs and spices.
The sautéed smoked bacon gives them extra spicy taste and the caramelized onions, cooked in beer, sweetness and soft texture. If we cook them on the BBQ we get top taste.
Easy to freeze and be ready for whenever we need them.

Ingredients (8 Burgers)
|
In medium-size bowl put the minced meat, and add all the above ingredients. |
Mix well and knead briefly to mix the ingredients and have a soft dough. If necessary add a couple tablespoons water. |
Divide the meat into 8 equal portions and mold eight round patties slightly larger than the buns. You place them on the oven pan on a nonstick surface and pushing with your palm to become somewhat flat. Bake in the oven grill from both sides. |
Coating
In a pan sautée for a little bit the bacon and remove it to a plate. In the same pan add the oil and the onions to sautée until tender, about 5'-7'.
Add the beer in two doses, the salt, pepper and paprika. Cover and simmer until the liquid evaporates. Put them on a plate next to the bacon.
|
Cut the rolls transverse to half. If you want in the lower half, spread a tablespoon barbecue sauce or ketchup. |
On top of each bun place a lettuce leaf, a grilled burger, two bacon strips crosswise and a pickled cucumber, cut in two along… |
… finally add a strong dose candied onions. |
Cover with the other half of the bun and secure with large toothpicks. Serve and enjoy a healthy and tasty burger with a cold beer… with french fries … with chips etc. |
- If you want add a tomato slice on each burger. -
You can make burgers and immediately put them in the freezer, separated one by one in a food bag, so to have them ready when you need them for the grill oven or barbecue.
