Ingredients (10 servings)
|
In a bowl sift the flour with the baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Leave aside for a while. In another bowl pour the oil, melted butter, vanilla and add the brown sugar and eggs. Beat for a while, with the wire, to join the ingredients in a single mixture. |
Peel and mash, with a fork, the bananas. Add them to the egg mixture. Pour the sifted flour and mix to incorporate. |
Pour the mixture into two oblong forms with dimensions 22×12×6cm (8.7×4.7×2.4in) or a single, wide. Put the nutella in the microwave for 10 sec and add spoonfuls on the mixture. |
With the blade of a knife create small swirls in the cake surface. |
Bake in preheated oven 180℃ (356℉, Gas:4.2) for ∼ 50'-60'. Leave it to a rack to cool and remove from the forms to cool completely, then try. We cut them while still hot and they were very soft. The taste is excellent. |
