Quesadillas with baked tortillas and delicious stuffing of "tomato salad flavors" and sausage. Easily made and with slightly spicy yogurt dip they pleasantly make us get enough and is ideal for friendly companionship with plenty of dips!
Chop each tortilla into 4 and serve on a wooden surface along with bowls of the yogurt sauce.

Ingredients (4 servings)

Crumble the feta cheese and collect all the filling ingredients in a bowl. |
Sprinkle with pepper and stir well to mix the ingredients together. |
Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat and pour little oil. Pass the tortillas one by one from both sides browned slightly. |
In pan place a tortilla and fill it with 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture prepared. Push the filling with a spatula. |
Cover with a second tortilla, press with your palm and with the aid of a dish invert the quesadillas to get cooked and on the other side. Continue until you run out tortillas. |
Yogurt Sauce

In a bowl put the yogurt, sprinkle with oil and sprinkle with the remaining ingredients chopped. |
Fill the lemon juice and salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate until serving time. |
