Ingredients (20 servings)

Remove the watermelon peel and seeds and cut into small pieces. |
Place in blender half the amount of the watermelon and beat well. |
Empty the fruity liquid in a flat container with dimensions 18×28cm (7.1×11in). |
Syrup
In a small saucepan boil the sugar and water. Heat over low heat, gently stirring until sugar dissolves. | Pour the syrup into the blender, the remaining half of watermelon & amp; juice and zest of lime. |
Pour the fruit mixture into the container we put the first liquid. Mix well. Cover and put in the freezer for two hours until the first scratching. |
Take the container from the refrigerator and with a fork or spoon scrape and mix the juice, to break the first ice cubes that formed. At the edges around there will be more ice. |
This will be repeated 3-4 more times, until frozen and fluffy. Serve in glasses or bowls. |
