Ingredients (~10 slices)

Sieve the flour with fine-mesh sieve together with the baking powder and salt. At the same time we get a whole vanilla pods from the bottle with the aromatic extracts, we have already made or use vanilla extract. |
In food processor, with the component with the metal blade, add the sugar and the chopped vanilla pods. Put in operation for a few seconds to shatter the vanilla pod. |
Add the softened butter and beat for a while. Clean the sides of the bowl with a plastic spatula. |
Add the condensed milk and beat again the bucket materials for very little homogeneous mixture. |
Add the flour mixture little by little, in three portions, stirring every addition. |
Finally add the eggs and beat again briefly. |
Butter and use a ☆ greaseproof paper on an oblong shape with dimensions of 10×24cm (3.9×9.4in). Through pour the beaten mixture of cake. |
Bake in preheated oven at 175 ℃ (347℉, Gas Mark:3.9) air for 1h:20' until cooked (to end test with a stick / straw) and to get tan color. If it quickly gets color cover lightly with non-stick paper and continue baking. When cooked touch the form onto a wire base to cool for 15 minutes and take it out. Cut when cool completely, sprinkled with icing. |

★To have the cake easier for deforming butter & use release paper strips, which protrudes 2-3cm (1in) from the short sides of the form. So simply lift up the paper by holding the two "ears" left over and it comes very easily.
