In a large bowl, add beer, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, rosemary and pepper finely chopped with a kitchen scissors and salt pepper. Wash the orange and lemon. Grate the lemon peel into the grater in the beer mixture. Squeeze the lemon and orange and add the juice to the bowl. Mix. |
Sink the meat and turn it once or twice. |
Let it marinate until you prepare the potatoes. |
In an oven pot whith a cover or in a hull spread the potatoes into chunks. The peel of the orange peeled, cut into 4. Cut the marinated meat on the top and pour the marinade into the oven pot. Salt and pepper slightly. |
Bake in the oven with resistors up and down at 200℃ (392℉, Gas Mark:5.7) for 1 hour. At 1 hour uncover the oven pan, turn the meat on the other side and put it back in the oven, uncovered, cook for another hour or until it has reddish brown and has absorbed almost all its juices. |
